It may at times appear impossible to remain positive. However, employing the technique of pushing away negative thoughts as they enter your mind is essential. This takes repetition but becomes easier with time so do not give up! Also, consider that much of what we are conditioned to believe we require to be happy is not true. With a healthy diet, exercise, meditation, hobbies, interests, and pushing away negative thoughts you are promoting positive brain chemicals. As such you are — choosing to be positive and will discover that happiness truly comes from within.
