NUTRITION AND HEALTHY DIET

Although you may be craving unhealthy foods or have a decreased appetite, it is so important for your physical and mental health to eat a healthy diet consisting of plenty of fruits and vegetables. In addition, make sure that you drink lots of water! Drinking plenty of water is helpful in flushing toxins out of your system. Also, consider taking a multivitamin. However, always check first with your doctor, especially if you are taking medications. 


Your body has an amazing natural ability to cleanse and heal itself with the right tools. Frozen or fresh fruits and vegetables along with plenty of water is essential to helping you stay in the fight.
