Potential lawsuits are one of the key reasons it is so important to record and/or document every act of harassment. Organizations like the ACLU and Targeted Justice are already preparing for and/or working on lawsuits relating to Gangstalking/The Program and its associated issues. However, it is still possible for you to file a complaint and/or lawsuit on your own regarding individual incidents of harassment. This is true whether or not you are able to afford an attorney. While obtaining an attorney is ideal, especially pro bono, this is not a requirement. If your evidence is strong and a business is involved, they may be more interested in offering you a settlement as opposed to going to court. Before filing a lawsuit make certain that you have acceptable evidence for a court of law.
