Organizations like the ACLU, Brennan Center for Justice, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation are already preparing for and working on lawsuits relating to Gang stalking/The Program or the associated issues. Regardless, it is still possible for you to file a complaint and/or lawsuit on your own regarding individual incidents of harassment. This is true whether or not you are able to afford an attorney. While obtaining an attorney is ideal, especially on a pro bono basis, it is not a requirement. If your evidence is strong and a business is involved, they may be more interested in offering you a settlement as opposed to going to court. However, before filing a lawsuit, be certain that you have acceptable evidence for a court of law. Potential lawsuits are one of the key reasons it is so important to record and/or document every act of harassment.
