One Day AT A Time
It is far too easy to become overwhelmed by the scope and complexity of Gang stalking/The Program and its daily impact on your life. However, try to keep in mind that the future is still an unknown. Please know that many human rights organizations, lawyers, politicians and others (including whistleblowers) are working to expose and fight the atrocity commonly referred to as Gang stalking. Also, consider from a statistical standpoint that studies show people rarely experience their worst nightmare outcome. As such take things one day at a time while taking time to find some small pleasure in each day.
