To the best of your ability record and/or document every act of harassment. If at all possible install wired security cameras both inside and outside of your residence. In addition, it is especially helpful to install a dash camera which records activity on all sides of your vehicle both while driving and when your car is parked. 

Consider that wired security cameras can be more difficult to hack but there are no guarantees either way. If funds are low consider placing a cell phone mounting device on top of the dashboard of your vehicle. This will allow you to record activity in front of your vehicle. Also, consider that meticulously documented notes over a long period of time can be powerful evidence in a court of law. Lastly, if possible wearing a body camera either visible or hidden will deter harassment and collect evidence as you go about your day.
