Exercise/Meditation

While the last thing that you probably feel like doing is exercising, it is so important to your physical and mental health. Exercise is also crucial in releasing toxins from the body. Something as simple as a long walk makes a big difference and is also an important and valuable weapon in your fight. Meditation also keeps you relaxed while compensating for insufficient sleep.
